01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

Bet Cancellation Terms

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances:

• If the venue or participants change.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Khela Ghor reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspicious activity, or legal reasons. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be refunded where possible; however, balances may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.

08 Limitation of Liability

Khela Ghor is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Missing a bet due to lost internet connection or connectivity delays.
• When transaction delays occur due to a third-party service failure.

• Losses caused by unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
